Fiona Robinson
CEO

Fiona joined the charity as CEO in 2025 with the ambition to help grow its impact, building on a fantastic foundation to support more young people, their families and the communities they go on to serve. She brings 20 years’ experience in strategy, operations and leadership. Her passion for equal access to opportunity, and the power of good work, runs throughout her career. Fiona spent a year living and working in Kampala in 2014, travelling into rural communities to bank the unbanked. She fell in love with Uganda and its people and is thrilled to be reconnecting with the country, supporting a dedicated team and helping more young people realise their potential through the transformative power of professional training.

Aimee Faunt
Operations Lead

Aimee joined the UK Path to Prosper team in May 2026 to support with operational aspects and allow the team and Trustees the space to focus on the charity’s vision and impact. She brings over 12 years experience in the charity sector, with roles spanning programme development and delivery, charity operations and large-scale international fundraising events.

As a passionate generalist Aimee has a problem-solving attitude and throughout her career has used her skills to develop solutions to challenges arising in a huge range of situations. She has worked with small international organisations dedicated to empowering women to work towards financial independence and to supporting children access essential education and pastoral care. This, alongside several years with an international conservation organisation cemented a deep respect for transformative and locally-led sustainable change that she is honoured to contribute to through this role. Aimee is delighted to have joined the team at Path to Prosper and aims to further this ambitious and crucial mission by employing her positive attitude, detail-oriented nature and love of the boring behind-the-scenes.

Kristian Markov
Finance Lead

Kristian joined UK Path to Prosper in 2025 to support the charity’s finance and operational work, helping the team strengthen its processes and continue focusing on its mission and impact.

He brings experience across finance, accounting and consulting, with roles spanning financial control, reporting, process improvement, and strategic analysis. Throughout his career, Kristian has developed a strong ability to work with complex information, improve processes and turn financial analysis into clear, practical insights that support better decision-making.

Kristian is passionate about using his analytical and problem-solving skills to support organisations with a meaningful social purpose. His previous pro bono consulting work with non-profit organisations helped deepen his interest in mission-led work and the importance of strong behind-the-scenes operations. He is delighted to have joined Path to Prosper and hopes to contribute to its important mission by bringing a detail-oriented, structured and positive approach to the team.

Lauren Weeks
Ugandan Operations Lead

Lauren has been volunteering with the charity for four years, and running the operations team for three. Her background is in the tech industry and has been involved in managing large scale projects and people. She is dedicated to the charity and seeing it succeed, bringing her business experience in where possible. The main reason for her passion for the charity is seeing the real life benefit it brings to individuals in Uganda.

Samantha Dodd
Fundraising Lead

Samantha brings over 15 years experience in corporate partnerships and over 5 years experience as a fundraiser in the UK charity sector. She also bring a passion for vocational training through previous experience creating apprenticeships and working in careers education. She aims to combine this experience to support more young people in Uganda into jobs they love.

Stephanie Kirtland
Commercial Lead

Stephanie joined UK Path to Prosper in 2025, motivated by a long‑standing connection to Uganda and a desire to use her professional skills for meaningful social impact. She first visited Uganda in 1996 and fell in love with the country, an experience that shaped her belief in the transformative power of education and opportunity.

With a background in financial services, delivery leadership and organisational development, Stephanie has spent her career helping teams build capability, navigate complexity and deliver positive change. She brings this same commitment to Path to Prosper, supporting the charity to strengthen its operations and maximise the opportunities available to young adults.

As a mother of three, Stephanie is passionate about helping her children appreciate that education is a privilege not afforded to everyone. She is honoured to contribute to Path to Prosper’s mission and hopes to support the team with a structured, people‑centred and optimistic approach.
